The salary for this position is $70,00.00. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 12%. We also offer a phone allowance, monthly auto allowance of $600 and a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, employee purchase program (where licensed) and paid time off.

Essential Functions:

•  Work closely with management in accounts to execute Winebow priorities, vision and focuses in store.
•  Schedule time with accounts to present DSD priorities by category during DSD expansion presentations.
•  Schedule time with accounts to reset all Winebow products in the store and/or partner with RD's to assign CSC to perform this function.
•  Directly train all CSC on AVP (Albertsons, Vons and Pavilions) best practices as communicated from National Accounts and Corporate Buyer.
•  Spend no less than 85% of work time in the field working with key accounts and/or suppliers walking stores and looking for opportunities to increase sales.
•  Work with Pavilion Liquor Op 2-3 days per week suggesting items for inclusion in sets, programs and promotions.
•  Meet with each Liquor Op (5) monthly for at least 1 full day in their territory.
•  Compile, maintain and present information to accounts with information about what their competitors are offering.
•  Lead facilitator for tastings including sample requests, calendaring and supplier communication for both suppliers, Winebow and 3rd party demos for AVP and other chains, as needed.
•  Conduct 1-3 demos per week at top AVP (Albertsons, Vons and Pavilions) stores on strategic brands and others, as needed.
•  Regularly monitor your accounts' trends and progress to make recommendations for new placements, expansion and display opportunities.
•  Follow up on CSC execution of agreed upon client & Winebow standards, reporting any issues to management (i.e. maintain 100% representation of approved warehouse items for the account on the shelf).
•  Make recommendations to accounts on which cold box sku's should be rotated out and replaced with higher performing Winebow products.
•  Review the top 50 stacks for opportunities to display Winebow products.
•  Check all approved distribution (Warehouse, Domestic DSD, Spirit DSD & Import DSD) dust, face, and organize bottles while working in accounts.
•  Look for new spots in the store to cross-merchandise (i.e. seafood dept. olive oils, floral, bakery, chocolates, and meat dept.)
•  Arrives to work, appointments, meetings, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
•  Performs other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS
•  Significant travel by automobile.

•  Automobile, telephone, copier, fax machine, computer, calculator, hand cart, ladder, step ladder

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
•  Lifting up to 40 lbs., climbing ladders, bending, sitting, carrying, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity, driving.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•  Associates degree for higher preferred
•  Valid Driver's License
•  1-2 Sales experience required
•  Merchandising experience preferred
•  Wine knowledge required
•  Demonstrated computer knowledge
•  Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skill
