Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a dishwasher to join the Argyle Tasting Room team! Reporting to the Tasting Room Manager, this role is responsible for provide support to the hospitality team and help to create a memorable guest experience. The role supports Tasting Room staff to provide efficient and detailed oriented service. This role is responsible for providing dishwashing services that that make the experience seamless. This role is based in Dundee, OR and is a part-Time, non-exempt (eligible for overtime) position, working about 28 hrs/week, Friday - Sunday (must work consistent weekends) and the incumbent qualifies for gratuity and our outstanding health care benefits, 401k plan, wine allowance and more!

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or winery tasting room preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Must be have a flexible schedule to work evenings during events and
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to provide U.S. Work Authorization without current or future sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Maintain the cleanliness of glassware and service items for the tasting room
- Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
- Assist in polishing and restocking glassware
- Assist with pre/post shift setup/cleanup
- Maintain the cleanliness of all back of house areas.
- Maintain health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
