JACK Winery and Two Old Dogs is Hiring for a full time DTC Sales position located in Napa Valley

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
•  Strong interpersonal skills
•  Not afraid to step out of your comfort zone to meet new people, and build relationships with other wineries, hotels, restaurants, etc.
•  Passion and understanding for selling boutique fine wines.
•  Educate customers and guests on our wines, our vineyard, and the brand story.
•  Listen to our customer and guests needs customize your selling approach to best meet those needs.
•  Work periodic public and private events at or away from the winery. These events may require travel.
•  Represents the company and brand, professionally, graciously and enthusiastically.
•  Effectively host groups both large and small.
•  Existing relationships with traffic driving sources, and customers
•  Ability to multitask & help out where needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•  Must be 21 years of age or older
•  Excellent Customer Service Skills
•  Work Weekends
•  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

COMPENSATION
•  Base Salary
•  Sales Commission
•  Incentive based bonus
