Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work with high-end fruit from Anderson Valley and learn about all aspects of harvest activities in the cellar? Goldeneye Winery is looking for a Harvest Enologist to join them this year for Harvest 2024. The Goldeneye Harvest Enologist will assist with lab analysis, fermentation management, and benchtop trials, in addition to other duties.


What we will ask you to do:
•  Performs juice, must, and wine analysis.
•  Assists with fruit receiving and processing.
•  Performs data entry.
•  Assists with managing and executing nutrient additions and inoculations.
•  Performs necessary additions to must and wine.
•  Monitors fermentation kinetics.
•  Performs benchtop trials.
•  Monitors malo-lactic fermentation progress.

What you will need:
•  Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record required.
•  Must have a positive attitude and be reliable, on-time and engaged.
•  Ability to work both independently and as a team.
•  Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus.
•  Excellent reading, writing, and basic math skills.
