The Facilities Technician II supports the Facilities Maintenance Department in the areas of equipment and facilities maintenance. This includes but is not limited to performing mechanical and plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance on all winery production, and facilities related equipment, as well as troubleshooting and installation of basic winery equipment.


What we will ask you to do:
•  Install, troubleshoot, and repair general winery equipment, fixtures, and associated winery systems under limited supervision. Including but not limited to pumps, filtration,
boilers, hoists, water distribution systems, wastewater system.
•  Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, lubrication, filter replacement, and repairs to winery facilities systems and production equipment.
•  Respond to emergency maintenance calls and promptly report any unsafe conditions identified to management.
•  Install, modify, repair interior and exterior electrical systems including 120, 208, 480 VAC single and three phase systems.
•  Perform skilled and unskilled level repairs and modifications on winery production, administration and hospitality buildings including but not limited to minor carpentry,
painting, plumbing, and electrical.
•  Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System to prioritize and document complete assigned work orders including equipment maintenance repair activities, and
preventive maintenance.
•  Install and modify new and used equipment.
•  Communicate interdepartmentally, checking in with Cellar, Winery, Lab, and Bottling Management for daily repairs or continuous improvement projects.


What you will need:
•  Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same or related field.
•  Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Outlook.
•  Able to communicate effectively with co-workers, and all levels of management in English, both written and verbal.
•  PVC and copper pipe plumbing skills are desirable.
•  Ability to perform in a production environment and work with minimal supervision.
•  Valid Class C driver’s license required.
•  Clean DMV record required.
