CAST Wines seeks an initiative-taking individual to support our growing business operations. This is an entry to a mid-level position. Reporting to the Operations Manager, a successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, computer literacy and focused mindfulness. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Being one of the primary first responders to telephone and email inquiries.
Assisting our Operations function with accepting and cataloging deliveries, managing office supplies, processing invoices and general vendor management.
Working within accounts payable and receivable to process invoices within QuickBooks.
Facilitating our virtual tasting program including compiling guest address lists and communicating with hosts for planning, shipping, and tasting functions.
Maintaining organizational systems including POS, VOIP phone system, Alarm functions, fulfillment, and inventory systems.
This is a Monday through Friday position with occasional overtime and weekend work for winery events.
A “can do” attitude, without regard to formal job titles or roles, is essential on our small team – we all wear many hats and tackle issues as they arise to help each other.
Compensation according to experience includes employer funded health care, 401k match, paid time off and product discounts.
