Position Summary

The Inventory Analyst will provide critical analytical and operational support to the Supply Chain Team. This is a versatile and proactive position that drives improved inventory management methods and understands warehouse processes. The ideal candidate has warehouse inventory management experience, strong project management and communication skills, is self-motivated, pays great attention to detail, and has work experience with Microsoft Office and SAP. A successful candidate will be able to analyze inventory data to determine necessary action items while working cross functionally to implement inventory and planning improvements.

Responsibilities
* Executes one or more of the following cross-functional Inventory Initiative processes:
+ Investigating, Tracking and Processing credit orders
+ Manage Product Reservations
+ Cycle count initiatives
+ Reporting of Opus FG's
+ Manage and process RMA's.
+ Manage At-risk Samples process.
+ Manage Inventory Disposition Process (IDP)
+ Support Pallet management and reporting
+ LDC Material Data Management
+ LDC inbound receipt errors
+ Inventory Team Leadership Support

* Owner of Inventory Data Integrity
* Owner of pallet and dunnage inventory reporting and analysis
* Key participant in the annual End of Year (EOY) inventory count.
* Preparation and publication of Inventory related reports weekly and/or monthly, inclusive of monitoring program progress
* Supports daily Warehouse and Distribution meetings with data and/or summaries regarding status of assigned Inventory Initiatives.
* Supports Inventory Coordinators and Inventory Supervisor in Inventory related activities.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university majoring in supply chain, finance, engineering or a business-related field
* 2+ years analytical or inventory experience
* Proven technical proficiency with analytic tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access)
* Strong analytical, business process analysis and problem solving capabilities
* Effective time management and organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and on project teams
* Self-starter, with minimal supervision
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work with all levels and functions within the Company
* Ability to perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the company's values

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SAP
* Experience in Warehousing and Distribution

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

The salary range for this role is:
$66,500.00 - $97,700.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
