Job Summary
We are searching for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team in a Hospitality Center Support role. This position is a key member of the hospitality team and will regularly engage with guests visiting the winery. Therefore, exemplary communication skills, a professional demeanor and a high level of customer service are required to ensure that all guests receive an experience that goes above and beyond expectations. We are seeking a person who has the right skill set and attitude to support the tasting room staff to further enhance the tasting experience for guests. This position offers a great opportunity into the wine industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•  Greet and seat guests, ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
•  Deliver small bites to guests’ tables.
•  Remove glassware and dishes when guests are finished.
•  Maintains service stations in a clean and orderly fashion.
•  Wash dishes, glassware and flatware and polish glassware throughout shift
•  Keep floors free and clear of broken glass, water, and other debris during service.
•  Receive and store supplies.
•  Assist in routine cleaning of the bar/patio area based on scheduled service and ensure bar/patio areas are presentable for guests.
•  Assists with hospitality special events as needed.
•  Acquires and maintains thorough knowledge of winery and its wines.
•  Book guest and member experiences via phone, TOCK or email for all tasting room experiences, gathering necessary billing and contact information.
•  Assists with receiving and restocking of wine and/or merchandise as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
•  Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills with attention to detail
•  Demonstrated ability to multi-task, follow-up and work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
•  Must have or ability to obtain a Food Handlers card.
•  Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs.

Experience and Qualifications:
•  High School Diploma or Equivalent
•  Must have flexible schedule to work weekend/special events.
•  Customer service and/or retail experience is preferred.
•  Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay Scale: The base pay range offered for this position is $20.00 per hour. This range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The actual compensation offered will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, skills, experience, education, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
