Job Summary:
ONEHOPE is a Napa Valley winery built on hope and rooted in purpose. Our winery in Rutherford, CA is the physical manifestation of our vision. It's a place where we invite people to gather, find inspiration, and join us on our mission to share great wine and give hope to many. ONEHOPE Winery is designed by world-renowned architect Howard Backen. The winery explores consumer favorites from ONEHOPE's Reserve and Iconic collections featuring wines grown from the estate's onsite vineyards.

At ONEHOPE Winery we offer a unique experience centered around our mission to share wine and give hope. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, representing our winery and sharing our passion for exceptional wines and exquisite culinary experiences with customers and the community. Your primary role will be to promote our wines, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales through various events, tastings, and engagements. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep knowledge of our wines, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:

Wine Tastings and Events:
- Conduct wine tastings at the winery, off-site events, and promotional activities.
- Educate customers about our wines, including tasting notes, production processes, and food pairings.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service by engaging with visitors, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute on-site and off-site events.

Sales and Promotion:
- Actively promote and sell our wines to visitors, creating a positive and persuasive sales approach.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the winery's revenue goals.
- Execute sales calls to the collective for newly released wines.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and competitive advantages.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, wine club members, and influencers.
- Maintain CRM system.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and customer experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Follow up with visitors post-experience via thank you note.

Wine Education and Training:
- Stay informed about current wine trends, industry news, and advancements in winemaking.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our wines and their unique qualities.
- Train and educate other staff members on our wines and best practices for customer engagement.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the wine industry, wine sales, or related field is desirable.
- Level 2 CMS certification or industry equivalent
- Strong passion and knowledge of wines, wine production, and wine culture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Outgoing and approachable personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for events and tastings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds is desirable, but reasonable accommodations may be considered.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Must be of legal drinking age and able to responsibly handle alcohol-related events.

- Compensation ranges from $26 - $28 per hour (depending on experience) with eligibility to participate in our generous commission plan as well
