Part-Time and Temp Bussers
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time and temporary Bussers to join the Argyle Hospitality team! Reporting to the Tasting Room Manager, this role provides support to the hospitality team and help to create a memorable guest experience. Providing efficient and detailed oriented service, this role is responsible for providing services that make the experience seamless. This role is based in Dundee, Oregon and is a part-time nonexempt? position, working 24-29 hours/week, or temporary nonexempt employment working 16-24hours/week, both including working all Saturdays, Sundays, and one week day (most likely Fridays).

Minimum Qualifications:

- Stand and walk for long periods of time and lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
•  - Previous experience in a restaurant or Winery Tasting Room setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm, sound decisions, levels and from various backgrounds& weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all
- Possess a flexible schedule and able to work evenings
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to provide U.S. Work Authorization without current or future sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clear, reset, and maintain tabletops as required throughout the day
- Keep floor, furniture, menus, and place settings clean.
- Assist in retrieving wine orders, club shipments, bottles for restocking, and materials form the warehouse needed for service requests to servers/manager immediately
- Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicate guest
- Assist with pre/post shift setup/cleanup
- Makes sure water stations, polishing stations, service stations, and bussing stations are set for service
- Participates in staff training
- Maintain the cleanliness of all back and front of house areas
- Maintain health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
