ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Utilizing Roadnet Anywhere (RNA) software by creating optimal routes to maximize an efficient
delivery schedule, ensuring the lowest total delivery cost while meeting all customers service
requirements.
2. Review daily Actual vs. Planned reporting from prior day routes to ensure drivers are performing
to plan. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide local transportation management
team feedback for coaching and follow-up.
3. Review eManifest reports to monitor service levels and compliance with department and company
policies.
4. Update daily routes in ERP for the week, ensuring routes are correctly adjusted for delivery zones,
including accommodating for holiday schedules.
5. Ensure all pickups are paired with a corresponding delivery, and reships are reset for next delivery
zoned day.
6. Validate Roadnet Mobile usage for each market, all drivers participating in providing accurate data
along designated route.
7. Continually update parameters in RNA, including equipment, equipment type, driver data, wages,
any fleet data etc.
8. Communicate to local sales, customer service, or accounts receivable any issues encountered while
routing due to changes in business.
9. Align daily with local DC leadership on any transportation staffing constraints to ensure smooth
transitions between routing and local night shift/transportation teams.
10. Review customer geocoding for accounts, cross-referencing accuracy of exact customer location.
11. Work reset order list consisting of orders that did not meet MOQ or pushed to next delivery day
due to various issues, and provide appropriate communication for exceptions to planned schedule.
12. Update reporting and KPI's on Microsoft Teams daily, including any additional files found on the
shared Z-Drive.
13. Arrives to work, meetings, appointments and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled
14. Meets agreed upon goals and objectives in a timely manner.

OTHER FUNCTIONS
1. Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicates hazards and/or suggests improvements
to manager.
2. Sign-off on Job Task Accountability (JTA) document
3. Perform various analysis to identify routing improvements for cost reductions/service
improvement, including potential customer volume growth projections.
4. All other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.

INCENTIVE PROGRAM
All Centralized Routing Specialists are eligible for an incentive program based off quarterly
performance within the role as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sitting, standing, occasional lifting up to 50lbs, repetitive motion with hands, bending, reaching,
finger dexterity and visual acuity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Two years of routing experience.
3. Good working knowledge of geographical areas.
4. Experience using delivery software programs, using Roadnet
routing system preferred.
5. Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
