Job Summary:
As a Supply Chain Analyst at Winebow, you'll play a vital role in optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure the efficient and effective distribution of our products. You'll have the opportunity to dive deep into supply chain data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance our inventory management, procurement processes, and overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and procurement to meet set stock levels and exceed customer service expectations.
2. Ensure timely updates of forecasting and inventory planning inputs and parameters in planning tools, including lead times, service levels, inventory targets, and vintages.
3. Recommend adjustments to inventory levels and reorder points based on historical data, lead time variations, and supplier-specific parameters.
4. Collaborate closely with Brand Management to integrate brand strategy, sales incentives, and market trends into forecasting tools and associated inventory procurement.
5. Work collaboratively with Logistics and Operations teams to streamline and optimize inventory movement, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
6. Provide valuable data and insights to Brand Management to support the development and execution of brand strategies.
7. Undertake special projects and assignments as required, contributing to the continuous improvement of inventory management processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and/or purchasing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience with Supply Chain Planning systems such as Blue Ridge, Oracle, Logility, JDA is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
