Senior Sales Professional & Wine Educator

Job Description:

We are a family-owned boutique winery based in Napa Valley, California. We produce single vineyard wines from the region’s most iconic sites. Our wines are ranked in the top 1% of wines in the world and are consistently scored between 95 and 100 points by highly respected wine critics. We are looking for regional sales professionals in Arizona, Ohio, and Illinois. Candidates with strong networks in these markets will be preferred.

Our goal is to connect with people through elevated wine experiences. We are a five-person team based in Napa, California where we work, learn, grow, and win together. As a team, we are part of something bigger than ourselves.

Our job is to build long-term relationships with fellow wine lovers through elevated wine experiences. When done well, wine sales naturally follow. We host 80 to 100 events per year at the top private clubs in the country and 200 to 250 groups per year in Napa Valley. Eighty percent of our wine is sold direct-to-consumer. We self-distribute in several states, our work with traditional distributors is limited.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•  Continue to build on strong relationships with existing customers
•  Collaborate and participate in new market development, cultivating new customers
•  Develop and host elevated wine experiences at country clubs around the country
•  Host clients in Napa Valley and around the Bay Area
•  Some travel required

Required Skills, Credentials & Experience to Ensure Your Success:

•  Wine expertise with a minimum of WSET Level 3, CSM Level 2 or other comparable credentials
•  Experience delivering impactful, engaging presentations
•  Experience hosting large and small wine events
•  Experience selling luxury wines or other luxury goods
•  Strong IT Skills, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Other sales platforms
•  A proven track record of building strong relationships with fellow employees
