Position Purpose

As part of the Supply Chain team, the Customer Service Process Analyst works under minimal supervision and in coordination with Customer Service Leadership delivering critical analysis and process support in alignment of Supply Chain targeted strategies. This position drives both system capabilities and process improvements, while streamlining workload balance, service analytics and optimizing both sales order and service results in an innovative way.

Functional Responsibility

Essential Duties

•  Develops and leads implementation of necessary reporting tools and manages core analytics in support of order management techniques and best practices
•  Leads Customer Service team working sessions providing necessary technical training, and other system advancements with a focus on order processing performance and efficiency
•  Analyzes customer ordering trends and data for efficiency of fulfillment, shipping and ordering pattern/cadence
•  Manages Business Process Procedures and Standard Work in support of order management and work flow efficiency
•  Leads Continuous Improvement objectives within Customer Service driving system and process results
•  Investigates and resolves Customer Service team inquiries supporting order processing issues
•  Works closely with Esker Systems Support and Program Manager prioritizing tickets and validating resolutions
•  Identifies, troubleshoots and provides systems and process resolutions to respective leadership
•  Explores new technologies, systems and best practices in support of Customer Service requirements
•  Pilots and trials process solutions that create an innovative, efficient progression of continuous improvement
•  Effectively guides team change management initiatives in a comprehensive manner
•  Manages Customer Service Playbook ensuring order processes and procedures are followed
•  Maintains service performance metrics and trends providing working solutions and recommendations to Customer Service leadership
•  Acts as a backup for Customer Service triage and order processing support
•  Works as a Subject Matter Expert for both Esker and SAP Systems and processes

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience

•  Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred
•  Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain-related role within a consumer goods environment
•  System/Process experience working in a dynamic Supply Chain environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

•  Must demonstrate high attention to detail and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inputs and variables related to Order Management
•  Must have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management
•  Strong Expertise with MS Office Suite with ability to build and update complex excel workbooks
•  Advanced working knowledge of SAP SD and Esker Order Management Systems
•  Excellent ability to connect the dots and develop cross functional synergies through current systems and processes

Working Conditions

•  General office and distribution environment
•  Occasionally may be required to drive automotive vehicle to Geyserville location

California Pay Transparency Disclaimer: This is a Exempt position. The pay range for this position is $64,998.24 to $101,552.88. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and alignment with market data.
