Today, our portfolio features some of North America’s most revered wineries, including Decoy, Paraduxx, Goldeneye, Migration, Canvasback, Calera, Kosta Browne, Greenwing and Postmark.

We are currently recruiting Facilities Maintenance Technicians III at our new state-of-the-art facility in Geyserville, CA. This position supports maintenance objectives in the areas of equipment and facilities maintenance, with an emphasis ensuring equipment is maintained and repaired properly for optimum running efficiencies. This is a Journeyman level position that includes but is not limited to: Performing mechanical, electrical, fabrication repairs, and preventative maintenance on all winery related equipment, as well as assisting with winery, production, and facilities projects as necessary.

What we will ask you to do:
•  Monitor and ensure all winery machinery and equipment is in safe working order.
•  Respond timely to production requests or equipment failures ensuring limited down time.
•  Maintain interdepartmental communication with Production Manager, Winery Management, Quality Control and Operations for daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and
continuous improvement projects.
•  Conduct maintenance routine scheduled maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs with an emphasis on uptime and overall equipment efficiency.
•  Order, organize, and maintain parts inventory of spare and project related needs.
•  Train entry level maintenance, production, and production maintenance personnel on proper use and appropriate leveled repairs/adjustments for production equipment.
•  Execute work as defined on work orders, responsible for documentation of work, and updating equipment maintenance tacking files/records.

What you will need:
•  8 -10 years of experience in winery/facility maintenance related field.
•  Advanced knowledge of Windows based programs, Internet and Outlook.
•  Able to communicate effectively with co-workers, and all levels of management in English, both written and verbal.
•  Ability to perform in a production environment and work with minimal supervision.
•  Class C driver’s license required.
•  Mechanical, electrical, controls experience required.
•  Fabricate and machine parts as required.
•  Must have own tools.
