Ceritas is a family-owned winery founded on crafting world-class wines from our historical and unique sites along the Northern California coast. We produce Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon from some of the most revered sites.

We are looking for reliable and dedicated harvest teammates for the upcoming 2024 harvest.

A harvest position is a hands-on role collaborating with our winemaking team. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

•  Grape maturity sampling and processing
•  Evaluation of crop loads
•  Cleaning and sanitation of winemaking equipment
•  Fruit reception and sorting
•  Fermentation Management including pump-overs, punch-downs, racking, barrel downs, and blending
•  Forklift operation
•  Truck driving (24ft bobtail)
•  Lift/move 50+ pound loads
•  Work on your feet for 10+ hrs a day, up to 7 days a week when necessary
•  Start in early August and continue through October (Harvest dependent)

More responsibility can be given to those who demonstrate high initiative levels and attention to detail.

Applicants should have a true passion for wine, strong driving skills, a valid driver’s license, be willing to work long hours and maintain a positive attitude while working long days. Prior harvest experience and forklift skills is a plus.
