As Reliability Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of highly technical professionals (Predictive Maintenance Technicians and Specialists) in high-speed production environments and winery operations across multiple locations. You will lead and enable your team to develop maintenance strategies to maintain our assets with cross functional partners such as Reliability Maintenance Engineers, Technical Planners, Storeroom, Maintenance Execution, Operations, Corporate Engineering, Safety, Quality, and Finance. Located at the E. & J. Gallo Winery's headquarters in Modesto, California, this facility is the center for production, distribution, and corporate decision making for the Domestic and International businesses. What You'll Do:
• Motivate and empower team members to perform to the best of their abilities and reach their developmental goals. Lead day-to-day operations of team members to ensure a smooth workflow and achievement of goals and objectives.
• Envision, engage, and execute to design Gallo's Maintenance Monitoring and Diagnostics systems (advanced pattern recognition and predictive maintenance).
• Communicates and interprets overall organizational directives and applies them to team and individual objectives.
• Responsible for ensuring team's understanding and compliance of Gallo, Predictive Maintenance, and World Class Maintenance systems, policies, and procedures; conducts performance evaluations, reviews, communicates salary adjustments, rewards employees or takes disciplinary action as necessary to address complaints and resolve issues.
• Monitors the effectiveness of Predicative Maintenance systems, policies, and procedures and makes appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient; implements approved changes through the team.
• Functions as liaison, representing the team in general, interfacing and influencing other functions in the organization and working cross-functionally to improve processes.
What You Will Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 5 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration plus 3 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
• Required to work an off-shift (swing or graveyard) when scheduled.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervisory experience.
• Travel on occasion to Fresno, Livingston, Central, North Coast Wineries, and new acquisitions sites.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training,
• meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
Compensation:
• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $95,800 - $143,600 / year
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
