Domaine Roy is a winery located in the heart of Dundee Hills. We produce estate-grown, organically farmed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We are looking for a dedicated tasting room support member to join our team of hospitality professionals.

Compensation: Hourly wage + tips

What we're looking for someone:

•  who likes to keep things clean, orderly, and organized
•  who thrives when they are busy and are good at multitasking
•  with experience in the field (wine or restaurant)
•  with a positive and proactive attitude
•  1-2 years experience in a restaurant or winery
•  Must be able to lift over 50lbs
•  Must have a valid OLCC Alcohol Server Permit
•  Motivated by reaching and exceeding sales goals set forth by management

Responsibilities:

•  Support tasting room service by busing tables, cleaning/polishing glasses
•  Restocking wine in the tasting room
•  Greet guests and take them to their seats using TOCK reservation system
•  Handle guest services such as answering phone and email inquiries
•  Offer a concierge-like service for restaurant reservations or other specific needs
•  Control traffic flow and direct guests to appropriate seating
•  Enforce Tasting Room policies in a graceful manner
•  Thoroughly perform all tasting room opening and closing tasks
•  Help process sales transactions through our POS
