Role Overview:
As a Wine Manager at Wines and More, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•  Discovering exceptional wines and introducing them to our customers.
•  Skillfully arranging and presenting wine selections in our department.
•  Strengthening existing customer relationships.
•  Implementing a well-defined strategy to attract new clientele.
•  Planning and hosting wine tasting dinners, on and off-premise tastings, and other wine-related events.
•  Managing the wine department's social media presence.
•  Excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and independently solve problems
•  Professional demeanor; positive, friendly attitude; and willingness to be a team player
•  Continuously expanding and diversifying our wine offerings across various price points.
•  Nurturing relationships with distributors to access premium wine selections.

Requirements:
•  A comprehensive knowledge of both old and new world wines.
•  Preferred experience in a similar role.
•  This is a full-time position, and your availability on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays until 7:00 PM is essential.
