Korbel Champagne Cellars, located in the picturesque Russian River Valley, has been a long-standing California Champagne establishment in Sonoma County since 1882. With thousands of tourists visiting every year, our winery is nothing short of a beautiful and informative winetasting experience for every customer who walks on our property.

And what goes best with California champagne and wine, you ask? How about a trip to our lovely gourmet Delicatessen, where we serve up tasty treats and locally sourced foods! We are dishing up new recipes daily! Our Deli is open 7 days a week from 10-4 p.m.

We are looking to fill a full-time position for a Sous Chef. Weekend availability and possession of a current Food Handler’s Certificate is required. This position will participate in recipe coordination, menu planning, and all aspects of food preparation for/at Korbel Delicatessen. Performs as a hands-on Chef, and when staff is assisting, oversees all food preparation, production and presentation; ensures that recipes are followed and preparation and presentation standards are adhered to consistently. Three years’ professional restaurant or related culinary experience required.

Hourly pay scale is $20-$27, depending on the skill set and experience of the candidate.
