Job Description:
Eden Rift is looking for interns of all experience levels for the 2023 harvest. This is a great opportunity to be part of an emerging brand, recently named the Top 100 Wineries of the World by Wine & Spirits.
We are looking for interns who will get hands-on experience in every facet of winemaking from vineyard to bottle. Candidates will have an eye for detail, an inclination for making quality Pinot and Chardonnay, not afraid to get wet or dirty, and have a good team ethic.
Job duties include, but not limited:
• Processing and sorting fruit
• Fermentation management
• Lab analysis
• Additions
• Barrel Work
• Vineyard sampling and analysis
• Sensory analysis
• Bottling
• Working closely with winemaking team and vineyard manager
Hours vary depending on harvest, but we do occasionally have long days. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, have a valid driver’s license, and maintain a good attitude in a positive and fun atmosphere. Forklift experience is preferred. Either way we will get you certified. We also welcome anyone in the restaurant industry that has an interest in winemaking.
