Position Summary

The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Strategic Supply Chain Manager across a network of owned and 3rd party Wine and Spirits facilities in North America. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for the execution of the materials requirement plan, analysis of inventory transactions with suppliers and ensure the quality requirements of manufactured products are met. This position will develop new and improve upon existing processes to ensure systematic data accuracy and optimize the overall manufacturing network. The Operations Analyst will report directly to the Strategic Supply Chain Manager but will work closely with our external partners as well as a wide range of internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Operations. Success in this role will require a strong business acumen, fluency with data, exemplary problem-solving skills, the capability to develop processes and learn sophisticated analytical tools.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for tracking, reconciliation and the overall accuracy of systematic movements for all supplier facilities
+ Materials
+ Finished goods
+ Bill of material consumption of inventory
* Lead the execution of the materials requirement plan (MRP) by partnering with procurement and planning on supplier contractual requirements, delivery timing and production volumes required to meet the master plan
* Process, track, analyze and report costs to leadership
+ Ensure all supplier payments and terms are met via SAP Ariba
o Manufacturing
o Warehousing
o Freight
+ Spend trend analysis
* Develop and lead the Corrective Action Reporting (CAR's) process
+ Investigate and implement corrective actions in response to field quality reporting (FQR's) for all finished goods and materials
* Help standardize and refine processes across both internal and external sites within the network
* Provide general analysis to the Strategic Supply Chain Manager with the goal of continuously optimize operations to reduce costs, improve service levels and better utilize assets
+ Regularly interpret data and advise leadership of trends, risks and opportunities

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience with or capability to quickly develop proficiency in ERP, planning and invoicing systems
* Proven analytical experience in Excel
* Ability to draw insights from disparate data sources
* Highly effective interpersonal skills necessary for developing trusted relationships at all levels internally and externally
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Intellectually curious; driven by challenging the status quo and making positive impact
* Willing and able to travel as needed <10%

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
* 5+ years of procurement, planning, quality or general operations experience in relevant positions
* Exceptional communication skills
* Prior experience with S4 HANA and SAP Ariba
* Alcohol Beverage or CPG Industry experience

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

The salary range for this role is:
$63,100.00 - $92,700.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
