Three Sticks Harvest Internship
Three Sticks, located in Sonoma, CA, is a premier producer of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines. The Three Sticks philosophy is to produce wines of world class quality from exceptional vineyards in Sonoma County, including our estate vineyards Durell and Gap's Crown. We are passionate about what we do and look for like-minded interns to help us make our wines.
We are looking for well-qualified individuals with prior harvest experience to join our team for this upcoming harvest season. Candidates must be passionate about wine, detail-oriented, excited to work hard and have a positive attitude.
Interns will assist in all facets of harvest work including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, sorting fruit, punchdowns, making basic additions and managing fermentations according to winemaker instructions, barrel work, and other winery-related tasks.
Positions will run from early-August through mid-October
Requirements:
Previous winery experience is required
Forklift experience is a plus
Ability to work long hours and on weekends as needed
Ability to read, write and speak English
Hourly pay is determined based on experience
A J-1 visa must be secured by individuals without U.S. citizenship
