Sr. Marketing Manager

Job Description:

The salary range for this position is $100,000-125,600 annually. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•  In conjunction with executive leadership and supplier partners, develops a strategic plan to maximize the distribution and marketing of participating Washington and Oregon suppliers.
•  Ensure the marketing campaigns are creative and innovative and meet the standards of the department and Company. Partner with digital and social channel teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on all platforms.
•  Analyze marketing programs and results and share with marketing and portfolio leadership in order to drive best practices and programming decisions.
•  Develop strong partnerships with cross functional team and winery partners to gain alignment on marketing plans and ensure successful adoption and execution of marketing programs.
•  Works with leaders of sales team to ensure that brand strategy is translated to marketplace activities that drive distribution and sales.
•  Leads monthly brand meetings, prepare and present recaps on brand accomplishments, and update management team on performance.
•  Track trends and capitalize on them in the marketing categories for the portfolio.
•  Coordinates educational seminars and provides brand training to the sales force including presentations and marketing materials.
•  Manage events and trips to Oregon and Washington, as well as in-market events to educate and inspire sales team.
•  Assists key account managers on strategic sales calls.

OTHER FUNCTIONS
•  Special Events coordination for internal staff and external suppliers/customers.
•  Follows all safety policies and procedures.
•  Performs other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Overtime work and/or travel may be required, normal office environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sitting, bending, reaching, manual dexterity, visual acuity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Concentration in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
•  Five plus years' experience working in the wine industry in either a marketing or sales position.
•  Experience in leading or being a contributing member of a product launch team
•  Ability to think strategically, and communicate strategic marketing recommendations to an executive level
•  Strong balance of creative and analytical skills
•  Collaborative attitude and style; experience managing cross functional teams
•  Must be a self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and execute successfully in a fast-paced environment
