Key Responsibilities
• Manage distributor relationships, goals, programming and sales strategy in multiple states across the US.
• Develop and lead sales teams with the intent to significantly grow the distribution footprint and volume
• Manage corresponding state budgets for maximum efficiency
• Work directly with distributor teams and accounts to achieve sales goals
• Utilize industry relationships to increase visibility, exposure and depletions in national and regional accounts across the country
• Host VIP trade at the distillery as needed
• Responsibly and professionally represent the DIGITS brand in the market
Core Competencies
• 6+ years of sales experience
• 6+ years of beverage industry experience
• Passion for the spirits industry with particular focus on brown spirits
• Ability to analyze numbers and manage budgets
• Ability to multitask and juggle priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Team player with positive attitude
