Job Description:

We are a family-owned winery located on the West Side of Paso Robles in the Willow Creek District. Our winemaking philosophy is to produce high-end wines that reflect the quality of our terroir. Our production driven mentality focuses on blending our premium estate fruit to increase the authenticity, complexity and balance of the wines.

The position is vineyard and farm management focused. However, during harvest and throughout the year the position requires work in the cellar assisting the production manager or winemaker. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn and a hard worker.


- Tractor and implement operation, general maintenance, and light repair
- Assist vineyard manager in recognizing and treating vineyard for nutrient deficiencies and pests.
- Assist vineyard manager in management of seasonal labor crew
- Co-responsible for general vineyard and farm infrastructure management and repair
- Assist in operations including pruning, canopy management, spraying, mowing, and weed control


While primary responsibilities lie in the vineyard, there are times especially during harvest and bottling where responsibilities focus on the winery side of operations.

These responsibilities include:

- Assist winemaker and production manager and maintaining quality and hygienic control standards within the cellar
- Assist in the management and oversight of temporary cellar interns and employees
- Assist in the coordination and logistics of fruit processing day-to-day
- Work in partnership with the winemaker and recognizing changes in grape quality within the processing line during crush
- Assist in cellar duties during harvest including pump overs, punch downs, additions, barreling down, laboratory
- Work side by side with winemaking staff during blending trials and vinification tastings
- Assist in barrel operations including forklifting, debarreling, filling and topping
- Assist in bottling operations including forklifting and packaging quality control


- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to drive a car.
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods at a time.
- Ability to pull, push, kneel, bend, and reach.
- Ability to work extended shifts as necessary.
