Summary:

TWE seeks a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor is responsible for facilitating daily operations in order to meet key performance objectives set for the assigned lines of their assigned production shift. The Line Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of the packaging technicians, production functions and assigned bottling lines. The Line Supervisors will work with the Packaging Manager to ensure all employees are in compliance with all SOPs, Safety, BRC and high-performance manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Support and maintain compliance with all company HSE Policies and safe work practices
* Support and maintain compliance with all BRC, FSQM and regulatory requirements
* Implement and maintain compliance with the food safety and quality management system by reporting food safety hazards and quality problems as they arise
* Model and promote TWE Growth Behaviors
* Execute the tactical plans for assigned Line
* Work closely with line managers, leads and operators to understand requirements and obstacles
* Build, motivate, and maintain an engaged, high performance work culture
* Apply Continuous Improvement principles to effectively root cause and overcome obstacles
* Progress safety culture through observation and reporting of hazards. Collaborate with the team on long term resolutions.
* Lead improvement activities to improve safety, quality, and operational performance
* Build and lead team with a lean manufacturing mindset with a focus towards waste reduction.
* Complete performance evaluations and development plans for direct reports
* Provide one-on-one coaching to direct reports
* Approve direct reports' time records
* Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, security, and regulatory requirements
* Achieve safety and quality objectives (e.g., risk assessments, incident report completion rates, audit scores, "Right the First Time" scores, product holds)
* Adhere to security expectations and report any security risks
* Achieve efficiency and cost objectives (e.g., OEE, labor costs, scrap costs)
* Lead daily team meetings to share information, collect feedback and build morale
* Manage shift schedule by:
+ Determining labor requirements based on production schedule
+ Creating labor schedule to achieve production objectives and minimize labor costs
+ Communicating schedule to team members
* Managing schedule issues (e.g., absences, leave requests, overtime)
* Execute production schedules for assigned Line
* Assess and develop direct reports' capabilities and skills
* Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, security, and regulatory requirements

About You:

You have a High school diploma or GED. You have 5+ yeas in a production environment with supervisory responsibilities. You have experience or exposure to logistics, maintenance, quality and procurement. You have good communication skills, previous leadership experience, and the ability to read and write fluently in English; Spanish is a plus but not required. You are willing to work overtime and weekends as needed basis. You have continuous improvements such as Lean 6 Sigma, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of JDE, Kronos and PeopleSoft. You have excellent customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to professionally deal with internal and external customers. You follow through in a timely manner.
