Founded in Walla Walla, Washington in 1999, our prolific portfolio of wine continues to receive broad recognition from leading wine publications with 98 scores of 95 points and above, and more than 386 scores of 90 points.

If you are ready to work in a fast-paced, fun environment we want you to join our team. We are currently looking for part time Tasting Room Associates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Welcome and engage all guests in a friendly, positive, and timely manner
•  Provide all guests with a fun and memorable experience
•  Sell wine in a professional manner
•  Offer and encourage wine club sign-ups to increase sales and build customer loyalty
•  Work behind the tasting room bar, pour wine, talk with guests, answer questions about wines, be able to give recommendations, work with registers, stock wine supplies, maintain restrooms, clean tables and general house-keeping duties as needed, empty garbage, wash glasses and sweep floors
•  Work on-site winery events
•  Maintain the appearance of the tasting room and patio
•  Continue to increase your knowledge of Charles Smith Wines
•  Perform other duties or related activities as assigned by tasting room management
•  Achieve sales goals
•  Handle sales transactions, fees, cash register, and accounting of daily sales

QUALIFICATIONS:
•  Outstanding customer service
•  Positive, team-player
•  Sales-driven attitude
•  Must love interacting with all people and building relationships
•  Previous tasting room, serving or retail/restaurant sales experience
•  Must have the ability to multitask
•  Good communication skills
•  Computer literate in Microsoft Office and POS systems
•  Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings
•  Experience with Events preferred but not required
