We are currently seeking candidates for a Sr. Customer Service Fulfillment Planner to join our team at Columbia Crest in Paterson, WA.

What you will do:

•  Review and process sales orders for domestic distributor network, working with customer, field sales, operations, third-party warehousing and third-party logistics providers. Monitor all sales orders to completion, successfully resolving all issues encountered. Provide critical backup support to supervisor and team.
•  Ability to have a hybrid (onsite and remote) work schedule.
•  Mentor and train Customer Service Fulfillment Planners as new areas of responsibility are assigned.
•  Provide back up support to Customer Service Fulfillment Supervisor.
•  Develop skills to become JDE super user to assist in project work and testing.
•  Responsible for domestic team sales order tracker updates.
•  Assist Customer Service Fulfillment Supervisor with coordination of internal team meetings.
•  Domestic Team point of contact for eProvenance. Responsible for spreadsheet updates and bi-weekly meeting attendance.
•  Review and process all distributor wine and sample orders for assigned areas of responsibility.
•  Verify distributor purchase orders for product, pricing and vintage integrity including allocation review.
•  Communicate timely order adjustments to sales staff and distributors.
•  Assist distributors with resolution of shipping error claims, ship date inquiries and order corrections.
•  Provide back-up for Fulfillment Planners as needed
•  Record and report on specified daily customer service metrics.

What you will bring:

•  High School Diploma required. Minimum two-year business degree preferred.
•  Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
•  Prior Customer Service experience preferred including professional telephone skills.
•  Computer literate-JDE software knowledge preferred
•  Strong clerical, math and communication skills
•  Ability to handle pressure situations in a professional manner. Highly self-motivated.
•  Inventory control experience, as well as warehouse and shipping preferred
•  Ability to deal well with diverse cultures, personalities, and professional levels.
