Job Description:

Failla Wines Oregon is seeking an intern for our 2022 harvest team. We specialize in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay but also make Pinot Gris, Trousseau, Gruner Veltliner, and Gamay. We are a tight-knit team of three looking for one additional key member. You will be exposed to all aspects of harvest and will get a hands-on, well-rounded experience. We are looking for someone who is hardworking and not afraid to get wet and dirty. Harvest is a celebration and having a passion for wine as well as a positive attitude is crucial. This is an incredible opportunity to work with some of the top vineyards in Oregon. We provide delicious food, beer, and wine daily and try to get out at a reasonable hour. During peak times we will be all hands on deck so this will be your top priority during late September and into October.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

•  Cleaning
•  Grape receiving, sorting, processing
•  Cap Management - pigeage & punch downs
•  Barrel prep
•  Digging tanks
•  Press operations
•  Perform other duties as assigned


•  Reliability and a genuine love for wine
•  Desire to comply with any and all safety requirements
•  Ability to perform the physical labor necessary
•  Good reading, writing, and math skills
•  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
•  Reliable transportation and housing
•  Legal to work in the US, or able to take care of your visa yourself


•  Standing for long periods of time (8 hours or more) in all types of weather
•  Exposure to loud and dangerous machinery
•  Long and irregular hours during peak periods
•  Extensive walking, climbing, being in high spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds

The position starts mid-September and will go through December 2022
