Job Description:

Scheid Family Wines has an exciting opportunity for a ERP Systems Analyst to join our team in Salinas, CA.

Founded in Monterey County in 1972, Scheid Family Wines is one of the fastest growing wine companies in the country with extensive estate vineyard holdings and a state-of-the-art winery campus. In addition to our flagship Scheid Vineyards brand, we produce and market a portfolio of global brands, including Ryder Estate, District 7, VDR, and Sunny with a Chance of Flowers, plus other regional and national private label brands.

SUMMARY: The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge in ERP systems and business processes, Jet Reports, excel, MS SQL and EDI. Candidate is comfortable working in a very dynamic team-oriented environment. This position requires working with end-users to gather business requirements, implement application changes, and build processes and procedures to implement fixes, collect, analyze, and clearly communicate information and technology issues with them.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*This position will support all business application systems, including ERP
*Partner with stakeholders to ensure proactive, timely and effective support
*Provide insights, share, and lead best practices to drive continuous improvement to existing processes
*Implement, test, and integrate new and existing business applications
*Listen to the needs of business stakeholders and communicate requirements with other technical support
*Translate business requirements into functional design specifications and manage these changes
*Create and administer user acceptance test scripts, use cases, specifications, and data flows
*Create and maintain IT processes, SOP’s, requirements, and functional specification documentation
*Perform other duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
*5+ years ERP support, upgrade, analyses, and application experience
*Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
*Jet Reports and other BI reporting and analytic tools are also a plus
*Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related area or 5 years of equivalent work experience
*Extensive experience using Microsoft SQL and Excel
*Working knowledge of relational databases
*Working knowledge of MS Suite services and Teams is a plus
*Experience working directly with vendors to support ERP applications and environments

REQUIRED SKILLS:
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
*Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
*Willing to work in a dynamic environment
*Be a reliable team player to the IT group and Scheid organization
*EDI experience is a plus
*Understanding of systems security
*Fundamental Knowledge of Basic Networking
*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Server 2019 and Active Directory
*Experience working with MS SharePoint
*Ability to "think outside the box" and to utilize all available resources to promptly resolve issues
*Strong customer focus and team orientation disposition
*Willing to learn and adapt to new and various technologies
*Able to effectively communicate with business and technical users in verbal and written form
*Knowledge of and familiarity with manufacturing business or food & beverage industry is preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects and/or keyboard. Required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. This job requires use of the computer and phone.
