Job Description:

Imagine a position with a premium wine company where you can use your customer service skills to make a real impact in an exciting and continuously evolving industry. Do you love hospitality and want to work with an amazingly dynamic team for the summer season? Join our tasting room team at Chateau Ste. Michelle! We are currently looking for Tasting Room Cashiers to work part-time hours (up to 30 hours/week).

**$300 (net) sign-on bonus**

What you will do:

•  Greet all arriving and departing guests warmly to create a positive first and last impression
•  Provide customer assistance by handling sales transactions for wine, merchandise, memberships, and tasting fees, as well as bagging and boxing purchases for customers
•  Provide accurate information about the company/winery to guests, encouraging guests to join our wine club and mailing list

What you will bring:

•  Customer service and cash register experience
•  Strong communication skills, customer service skills and ability to sale
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and able to multi-task
•  Must be flexible and available to work varied hours/days of the week
•  Must be at least 18 years of age
•  MAST Class 12/13 Permit required
