Job Description:

Napa Valley Agricultural Company in search of a competent individual. The perfect candidate will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The ability to work as part of a team as well as being self-motivated is essential. If you are in possession of the following skills, please respond with a cover letter as well as a resume.

1. Bookkeeping
•  Entering vendor invoices
•  Review monthly statements for payment
•  Data entry for payroll processing

2. Human Resources functions
•  Ensure proper documentation of employee hiring paperwork

3. Other miscellaneous administrative duties
•  Bank Deposits
•  Filing


Candidates - take the following qualifications into consideration before applying. Cover letters and resumes must demonstrate the presence of the following attributes and skills:

•  Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and all Microsoft Office programs
•  Exceptional organization as well as time management skills
•  Excellent writing and communication skills
•  High level of accuracy
•  Self-starter, Self-motivated, and can self-manage
•  Clean driving record with the California DMV
•  Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish is preferred
