Domaine Roy et Fils began in 2012 with Marc-Andr Roy and Jared Etzel who continue in their fathers' footsteps making fine wine and are humbled by the opportunity to work with two exceptional properties.


Hospitality Manager

As the Hospitality Manager, you will work alongside the Director of Operations to manage our rapidly growing hospitality program. This is a sales-focused role that will require the drive to maintain the Domaine Roy & fils high standards during service and events.

What you will do:


Greet and register guests, and be a Maitre'D on the floor.
Manage reservations on TOCK and organize daily team assignments.
Oversee staff members and support TR Manager.
Coordinate front-office and back-office activities.
Work with management towards goals, via conversion and retention.
Supervise maintenance of grounds and other projects.
Manage and coordinate buy-out and winery events.
Assist with club run and supervise club guest services.
Communicate goals, standards, and guest notes with the team via pre-shifts and weekly meetings.
Manage inventory and control expenses (open bottles, etc.).
Enforce adherence to company regulations and SOPs.
Review and prepare reports for team and management.
Planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the hospitality staff to ensure efficiency.
Checking the quantity and quality of supplies and equipment on a daily basis, such as guest amenities.
Maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Performing monthly evaluations of staff members according to performance and participation.
Working with management to onboard new team members and work on continued staff training and education.
Develop and communicate standard operating procedures.
Ensure adherence to relevant legal, health, and safety regulations and guidelines.
Keep and update relevant documents and records.


Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience in customer service or sales.
Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (TOCK, WineDirect).
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or relevant field.
5+ years of experience working in the hospitality industry.
Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with staff members.
Solid knowledge of customer service and the ability to resolve conflict in a calm and professional manner.


General Requirements

Must be 21 or over with a valid driver s license and reliable transportation
OLCC permit
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift and carry 50 lbs
Willing to work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule
Currently legal to work in the US (must be a US citizen, legal US resident, or have a valid worker visa)
