As our Administrative Coordinator, you will be a key member of the team supporting our Operations leaders. By using your ability to influence, your stellar organizational skills, and your keen ability to problem solve, you'll enhance the effectiveness of this high-performance team. You will be responsible for facilitating meetings, taking notes, action items and manage presentations. Your support and guidance will be paramount to our team.
What You Will Do
Travel Agent Extraordinaire:

•  You ensure that people are in the right place at the right time by arranging domestic and international travel
•  Manages the rest of the department's calendar and schedule meetings on demand.
•  Once your team has returned to home base, you'll be the one to create expense reports and reconcile the charges incurred, keeping us compliant


•  Ensures that the department has all of the resources it needs to maintain its high-performance status
•  Run reports on behalf of your team

Builder of Collaborative Relationships:

•  You'll be the best gatekeeper the team has ever seen-routing phone calls, directing visitors and resolving inquiries of medium complexity

What You Need

•  High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of administrative support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associate's degree plus 1 year of administrative support experience.
•  Experience operating standard office equipment to include personal computer.
•  Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS Excel at a basic level.
•  Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
•  Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
•  Strong verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
•  Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

•  High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years of administrative support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree
