As a Sr. Analyst - Workforce Operations with E. & J. Gallo Winery, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, administering, and executing the union employee annual bonus program. You will provide analysis and reporting that supports various projects related to the planning, scheduling and time administration of union workforce and assess the impact of and suggests improvements for various projects, processes, systems and transactions. Additionally, you must maintain knowledge of all applicable systems and solutions (payroll, forecasting, planning) to support the union workforce.

What you will do:

•  Develops and evolves standard work necessary to support the administration and execution (payment) of annual bonus program as outlined in Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and works cross functionally to align stakeholders.
•  Develops, maintains, and distributes scorecards and other key performance indicators to bonus program participants.
•  Develops work processes to solve problems considering best practices and leveraging current systems to drive desired results.
•  Leads advanced software and non-software automation initiates to enhance efficiency of administering the bonus program and in general support of business operations.
•  Gathers and reports on usage and performance metrics around operational processes.
•  Prepares project roadmaps and drives the implementation of schedules and plans; conducts meeting and workshops relative to these project plans, and coordinates project status reporting to management.
•  Analyzes trends and prepares forecasts related to manufacturing, finance, general business conditions and other related areas as needed.

What you need:

•  MBA plus 3 years of finance, accounting, human resources, operations including planning and scheduling, supply chain, engineering project management or systems analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of finance, accounting, human resources, operations including planning and scheduling, supply chain, engineering project management or systems analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of finance, accounting, human resources, operations including planning and scheduling, supply chain, engineering project management or systems analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•  Strong analytical skills.
•  Strong organizational skills.

What will set you apart:

•  MBA plus 5 years of finance, accounting, human resources, operations including planning and scheduling, supply chain, engineering project management or systems analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 7 years experience of finance, accounting, human resources, operations including planning and scheduling, supply chain, engineering project management or systems analytics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Project and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate.
•  Experience with administering or planning within the structure of a collective bargaining agreement.
