Four Feathers Wine Services is in search of a Red Winemaker to join our team. Four Feathers is uniquely positioned as a vertically integrated, family-owned winemaking company that provides best-in-class custom winemaking, alcoholic beverage production and packaging services to support our clients in creating and building brands. We farm over 3,000 acres of vineyards, crush over 15,000 tons of grapes annually and produce upwards of 3,000,000 gallons of wine each harvest, including our barrel-aged Studio Series . We make and package custom premium and sparkling wines for nearly 300 clients nationwide at our state-of-the-art facilities in Washington State.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, wine-industry professional with experience in wine production. We are looking for a person:
Who is experienced in running a production red wine program
Who is comfortable mentoring members of our winemaking team
Who is a team player, humble, hungry, and hardworking
Who thrives in new challenges and takes ownership
Who is extremely organized and a great communicator
Who enjoys innovation and trying new things
Who can be flexible, think strategically, and develop solutions as a team
Experience with Vintrace is a plus
