Job Description:

Essential Functions:

•  Under general supervision, performs secretarial and advanced clerical duties to assist executive and administrative managers.
•  Assembles and analyzes information, prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memoranda.
•  Responds to mail and inquiries, follows up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out.
•  Arranges and makes notifications of appointments, travel reservations and events.
•  Provide technical support to Managing partner.
•  Answers telephone calls and tactfully handles inquiries and or transfers calls to appropriate party.
•  Performs accounting support duties in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable.
•  Makes up periodic reports summarizing business and financial activities.
•  May need to travel for continued education and training purposes.
•  Additional projects as needed.

Experience and Training:

Bookkeeping and Administrative knowledge with 3-5 years experience.
Notary License preferred

Equipment – Telephone, computer, copier, fax machine, and calculator.
Software – Excel, Word, Outlook, Great Plains Dynamics, Quick Books Online
