Human Resource Administrator/ Sales Support

Job Description:

The Human Resource Administrator/ Sales Support must be fluent in both English and Spanish and is responsible for performing HR-related duties in a professional manner, working closely with the HR Director in supporting PRESS and Rudd Estate. Also, in supporting DTC/Wholesale departments. This is a full-time position that carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, disciplinary action, affirmative action and employment law compliance, allocation, purchase orders, shipping, and invoicing.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:
Assist new hires with on-boarding paperwork
Enter new hire paperwork into system
Provide written and verbal translation services as needed
Responsible for explaining Company Benefits/ benefits enrollment as needed
Ensure employee data is accurate and current
Ensure Labor Law Postings are up to date
Coordinate monthly safety trainings for employees
Payroll/ Review and enter timecards weekly (for Construction, Vineyard)
Vineyard
Ensure timely payouts of Employee Incentive Programs
Workers Compensation
Complete necessary paperwork and submit to HR
Follow up with employee/Schedule clinic visits as necessary

Sales Support:
Wine Allocation and Offering
Support the DTC department with Allocations, Campaigns for the Rudd and Crossroads brands, assisting with customer purchase evaluation and Allocation Tier set up.
Support Wholesale Department with receiving and reviewing purchase orders, entering them in AX/AMS systems.
Schedule orders for pick up and invoicing.
Follow up in respect to invoice due dates make sure they are getting paid.

Vineyard:
Safety
Conduct monthly safety meetings with the vineyard crew
Ensure safety of the crew
Stay current on new Labor and OSHA Laws
Maintain Eye Wash Stations, AED, and First Aid Boxes as required

Other:
E-mail invoices received in the mail to AP.
Mail payments to Accounting when received.
Manage the scheduling of visits to the retreat
Coordinate cleanings with the housekeepers
Pick up daily mail from Post Office
Open and review all mail and distribute to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:
Experience with MS Office/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook
Well Organized/ multi-tasker
Self-starter must be able to work independently in a busy environment.
Flexible
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all employees
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively
Maintains confidentiality of all information related to the position
HR experience is a plus
E-cellar/ AX knowledge is a plus
Spanish speaker essential
