Position Schedule: 8-16 Hours per week (must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday, and commit to working a minimum of 3 weekends per month)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lobo Hills is seeking two Tasting Room Associates that set the tone for the guests' experience, giving every guest a positive and genuine connection that is warm and welcoming. While the tasting room environment is fast paced, we offer our guests a lingering experience that is based on a high-touch customer service approach which demonstrates warmth, inclusiveness, a sense of integrity, curiosity, and an ongoing pursuit of knowledge about our wines. Successful members of our tasting room team consistently present a positive, unflappable, can-do attitude at all times while providing excellent and accommodating customer service to each guest that visits us.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Professional, friendly, and welcoming presence. Passionate about wine and the winemaking process. Expert in hospitality and customer service. Enthusiastic, joyful with excellent listening skills. Other competencies you will bring include:
• 2+ years customer service experience, hospitality/retail/restaurant (preferred)
• Passionate about wine and the winemaking process
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• MAST Class 12 and Food Handlers Permits required

Our focus as a winery is to offer an inviting experience that is inclusive of each person who comes into our Woodinville Tasting room. Our reputation is built on a high-touch customer experience that keeps bringing our guests and their friends and family returning. We might geek out when talking about wine, and we may be dead serious about food pairings like potato chips, popcorn and donuts, but we work hard to make wine tasting an approachable, fun experience.
