Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities (estimated 75% of time spent)
- Personally, host a full schedule of private tasting experiences at the Doubleback Estate tasting room
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service
- Maintain a clear understanding of company goals and take ownership of your contribution to those goals
o Goals included but are not limited to: sales, list conversions & data collection
- Have a strong attention to detail and ability to communicate and story-tell in a clear and memorable way
- Oversees, owns, and manages reservation system, bookings, confirmations, and guest follow-ups
- Ensure tasting room materials are printed and up to date as needed
- Frequently monitor and answer shared inboxes and inbound calls
- Assist with outbound sales calls during sales cycles and campaigns
- Ability to accurately take/complete customer’s orders, investigate potential issues and problem solve in a calm and reassuring manner

Other Responsibilities

- Schedule daily and monthly check-ins with tasting room staff
- Manages tasting room associate schedule
- Reports weekly DTC tasting room sales to DTC Director
- Assist DTC Director with scheduling associates to host virtual tasting events as needed
- Pulls reports for managing local deliveries and winery pickups monthly
- Assist DTC Director with planning and organizing events as needed
- Assist with corporate gifting as needed
- Orders tasting room and office materials as needed
- Represent and work winery events as needed
- Always maintain a clean work environment including in the following areas:
o Front bar
o Patio / plant maintenance
o Bathrooms
o Back room – break down boxes, recycle, members only room
o Office space
o Kitchen
o Mezzanine
- Manage and update dry goods inventory monthly, report needed materials to DTC Director
- Assist Director in the hiring process of Doubleback tasting room staff
- Ability to be cross trained to host at other Bledsoe Wine Estate properties if needed and have the flexibility to succeed in any environment
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed

MAST permit required
Full-time- hourly rate dependent on experience
Sales commission on bottle purchases
Employee discounts on wine/merchandise
Note: if required to work on a company holiday, an alternative day can be taken off within the pay period (pre-approval is required).
