JOB TITLE: Concierge STATUS: Full Time
DEPARTMENT: Tasting Room REPORTS TO: Director of Retail Operations/Tasting Room Managers
SUMMARY: The priority of the concierge is to provide a warm and gracious welcome to each visitor of Frank family, as well as to ensure that each guest understand the wine experiences, and any other information that will enhance their visit. The Concierge will serve as a reservationist for the tasting room whether that be taking reservations over the phone or in person. The concierge will enter appropriate guest information into the reservation system. Must be available Wednesday through Sunday.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Courteously greets visitors; providing an exceptional first impression.
Provide information regarding the tastings offered, tasting fees and answer questions regarding the winery, family history, and surrounding area.
Assist guests in making reservations over the phone and direct calls within the tasting room.
Actively remain aware of tasting room guest count, ensuring large unscheduled groups are handled on a basis of availability and guest wellbeing.
Support retail sales team by managing guest entry into the tasting room.
Maintain and organize retail merchandise and support retail team in maintaining clean bars, including glassware- as needed..
Maintain an open line of communication with the sales team as well as the Tasting Room Manager.

Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Intermediate computer and phone skills, previous experience with cellar pass is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrate professional demeanor in all circumstances.
