Job Description:

Winesecrets is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Repair, Maintenance, and Fabrication Supervisor to join our growing team of passionate industry professionals!

Purpose of Position:
Oversees and performs preventive maintenance and repair of WS facility and equipment, and assists in fabrication and assembly of Winesecrets-branded equipment.

Qualifications:
Technical Education and/or work experience of 7 years, demonstrated ability to read manuals, plans and drawings required, experience troubleshooting electrical controls required, winery experience desirable, ability to weld stainless steel desirable, California Waste Water Treatment Plant Operator certification desirable, US Military Veteran preferred. Valid California Driver's license and clean DMV report required.

Key Results Area #1: Repair of WS and customer-owned internal and field systems and equipment.
Performance Standards:
•  Performs minor repair on buildings and equipment.
•  Troubleshoots a variety of pumps; replaces pump seals as needed.
•  Installs electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed.
•  Performs basic plumbing installation and maintenance.
•  Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits; replaces faulty electrical switches.
•  Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
•  Replaces broken windows; repairs doors, door locks and closets; installs window blinds.
•  Assist WS Operations in developing an on-call equipment repair capability for both WS and customer systems.
•  Obtains estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders, tracks and inventories parts as needed.
•  Oversee contractors and subcontractors

Key Results Area #2: Preventative maintenance of WS and customer facilities, systems, equipment, and rolling stock.
Performance Standards:
•  Update and vitalize existing WS maintenance schedules.
•  Implement basic PM schedule.
•  Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; repairs or replaces broken parts.
•  Completes weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
•  Cleans and inspects boiler; treats facility water with proper chemicals; manages facility cooling towers.
•  Obtains estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders, tracks and inventories parts as needed.

Key Results Area #3: Assist in assembly and fabrication of WS-branded systems and equipment.
Performance Standards:
•  Perform construction and assembly of WS-branded filtration equipment.
•  Ability to read and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
•  Weld stainless components of WS-branded equipment.
•  Interface with Suez manufacturers on equipment construction projects.
•  Support start-up and commissioning for WS-branded equipment.
•  Obtains estimates for supplies and parts; orders, tracks and inventories parts as needed.
•  Oversee contractors and subcontractors.
