Stony Hill, a beloved historic estate and iconic Napa Valley’s Chardonnay pioneer, nestled on the slopes of Spring Mountain, is in search of a Membership Manager to assist in taking our membership program to new heights. Our wines are all estate-grown and the Hospitality house and office are surrounded by the vineyards and located next to the historic winery, offering opportunities to truly interact with the land and the winegrowing.

The Membership Manager will manage our membership program, order fulfillment, e-campaigns, and member events. You will be working closely with our Estate Director to create and execute an unparalleled brand experience. You will bring your vision, drive, and creativity together to take our member experience to the next level. This is a manager role, but the winery is boutique, and there may be times you will need to wear different hats.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all aspects of the direct shipment
Work with the management team to develop strategy for membership
Assist in determining Wine Club shipments
Assist in preparing annual Wine Club budget, sales and revenue forecasts
Educate and mentor team members regarding membership
Build relationships with our members/VIPs to increase client satisfaction and retention
Address membership related questions from new and existing customers
Assist and lead all member events, including Club pickups and appreciation dinners
Assist in development and execution of exciting and educational events
Work as a power user to manage customer information in Commerce 7
Ensure products are accurate and available for sale when released
Develop policies and best practices for wine club
Capture sales by phone and email, encouraging add-ons and customizations to all membership allocations
Position will require flexibility and include weekends (special events) and occasional evenings

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum requirement: 3+ years working in sales and/or management in service focused organizations
Wine Club experience and luxury brand experience required
Sense of urgency surrounding replying to customer service emails, phone calls, and other messages
Proven track record of strong sales skills
Demonstrated ability to research and resolve problems, including data mining and analysis
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen focus on keeping accurate data and member records
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Activities required include standing, walking, regularly lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
