Job Description:

Vitis Vinifera Telesales is experiencing significant growth, and is looking to expand our sales team. We are Fine Wine Telesales Specialists, who focus on the Direct-to-Consumer sales channel for our clients. We serve as a white-glove extension of our clients, providing excellent, unmatched sales and customer service. We are seeking telesales professionals who can hit the ground running to meet sales revenue goals and product quotas.

Position Description:
•  Close wine sales over the phone
•  Outbound sales calls for assigned campaigns
•  Sell and presents winery offerings to list of contacts on behalf of winery brands
•  Maintains detailed notes in CRM for professional follow-up
•  Provide flawless customer-service
•  Maintain detail daily reports of customer feedback and key interactions
•  Meet daily, monthly and quarterly sales goals.
•  Knowledge of assigned clients and products.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills:
•  Exceptional communications skills, verbal and written
•  Exceptional computer skills, excel, word, CRM software
•  Intermediate Level Wine knowledge
•  Proven Sales Skills
