Pacific Coast Farming has an immediate opening for a full-time Payroll Coordinator.
To be considered for this position the successful candidate will need prior payroll experience, be very knowledgeable when using Excel, 10-key by touch, and possess strong math skills. Attention to detail, working with deadlines, and the ability to communicate and interact with others in a friendly and professional manner is necessary.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: manually processing weekly timecards for 50 to 150+ employees efficiently and accurately; reconciling daily payroll spreadsheets, respond to local, state & federal agencies as well as in-house reporting.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
