Position Summary

This position will help support the development of the company wide architecture of the PCOE and the ongoing effectiveness of the Source to Pay Procurement function including systems, software, and processes. The position ensures standardized consistent reporting, optimized commercialization, program management and the continued evolution of procurement trough internal and external benchmarking. This position will be tasked to develop, align, and implement strategies to simplify existing offering and processes to reduce time to market. Additionally, this position will further support the organization through the development of a governance model for the One Procurement Team that helps support decision making across the organization. This position will assess current and future department needs and stays current with market changes and developments and is a champion for continuous improvement in all Procurement specific metrics/benchmarks.





Responsibilities
* Actively support the procurement leadership team in the execution of strategies for all of the newly formed One Procurement Team

* Provide oversight and input into future direction, priorities and needs of the Procurement organization
* Ensure corporate standards, goals, strategies, and performance are appropriately cascaded through the Procurement organization and are understood and supported
* Thorough understanding of the S2C and P2P process
* Promote a culture of innovation through the procurement function by supporting the vision and communicating needs throughout the organization
* Manage a team of analysts and coordinators to ensure departmental and business goals are met

* Define roles and responsibilities, hire, coach, develop, train, and provide discipline when necessary for assigned resources
* Annually assess current and future functional requirements and ensure strategy meets the needs of the businesses
* Collaborates with Category Management, Business Unit Management, and other internal stakeholders to identify future needs and design strategy to support these needs
* Develop PCOE talent pool to deliver exceptional results and provide ongoing benchmarks
* Collaborate with Category Management to drive execution of projects in support of category strategies and overall Procurement results.

* Deep understanding of all systems and processes globally to support Procurement, including Contract Management, E-Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Data Analytics, and Sourcing ensuring continuous improvement.
* Assess external best practices and incorporate such into the strategy for our Procurement processes and systems
* Has a depth of understanding of all procurement systems functionality, processes, and analytics that enables successful management for current and future direction in the areas covered by the PCOE
* Support the developing and execution of a strategic plan to drive value for the categories based on an understanding of business needs, the supply market, benchmarking, price availability, etc.
* Partnering with key internal stakeholders to nurture and develop relationships with Constellation Brands' supply partners

* Leading the process design and implementation of sourcing plans and strategies; identifying and developing a comprehensive sourcing strategy process
* Developing metrics and processes to properly track and communicate efficiencies across the various spend activities
* Maintaining adequate sources of supply to ensure that the requirements of the category are met with the optimum quality, service, and cost-to-use
* Driving the tactical execution of the day-to-day plan to deliver consistent and sustainable savings
* Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations and requirements relating to responsible categories, e.g. finance policy, procurement policy, code of conduct, etc. 

* Manage special situations as required
* Provide innovative sourcing solutions to the business by bringing continuous improvement and market driven innovation and offering credible alternatives where applicable
* Support the development of governance models and work with key business partners to effectively implement and manage demand.
* Collaborate with cross functional team and business stakeholders to achieve targets, improve supplier performance, maximize supplier collaboration and innovation.
* Lead change management efforts to continuously improve existing processes and better integrate procurement into business unit decision making.

* Proactively seek and identify opportunities expand the scope of sourcing support and activity; including developing category strategies to sell the value of sourcing
* Create set of standard SOPs and operational best practices to support sourcing execution
* Work across Procurement Teams and the Tools/ Analytics Center of Excellence Team to ensure aligning the right resources and subject matter experts to support operations
* Partner with key suppliers and stakeholders to deliver break through innovation.
* Support the development of governance models and work with key business partners to effectively implement and manage demand.

* Collaborate with cross functional team and business stakeholders to achieve targets, improve supplier performance, maximize supplier collaboration and innovation.
* Lead change management efforts to continuously improve existing processes and better integrate procurement into business unit decision making.
* Guide, support, and mentor procurement colleagues and train any assigned direct or indirect reports on strategic sourcing concepts and implement sourcing leading practices.
* Project management:

* Manage the scope and schedule of projects and programs and work within budget with assigned resources.

* Provide overall project and project team leadership, identify issues and risks, and negotiate with core team and Portfolio committee
