CUSTOMER SERVICE OPPORTUNITY WITH SOMMSELECT
SommSelect, founded by Master Sommelier Ian Cauble, selects and curates luxury wines from across the globe and offers these selections through the SommSelect website, daily offer emails, and curated subscriptions.

SommSelect is seeking an energetic and experienced Customer Service Agent. This wine savvy individual will be a member of the customer service team as well as interface with most of the rest of the company.
Respond to inquiries from customers on our customer service platform (Zendesk), from phone calls or to emails.
Customer inquiries include but are not limited to:
Special Shipping requests (expedite or hold)
Local pick-ups (scheduling pick-ups)
Address Change requests
Wine related questions
Coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve customer issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to resolve issues in an efficient and productive manner
Prompt and clear intercompany communication to ensure everyone involved is aware of issues and what steps are taken to resolve them.
A can do, positive attitude coupled with the ability to treat issues as part of the bigger picture.
An ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
Experience with Google products (mail, calendar, sheets, docs, drive) and other software packages such as Zendesk, 750, MPPS and UPS
Interest in wine and based level knowledge- Introductory Level 1 Credential preferred
The position is based at our office in beautiful Sonoma California. This is not a telecommuting position.
Compensation based on experience/qualifications. Position includes, paid vacation, paid sick time, company paid health insurance and employee funded 401K
