Enartis USA, Inc. is currently recruiting for a dynamic Store & Product Specialist for our Buelton branch starting on November 30th. The Store & Product Specialist is on the front line of contact with customers, either face-to-face, phone, or email for Enartis branch in Buelton, California. They will establish and build long lasting professional relationships with our customers by providing prompt, courteous and professional service and ensuring that the satellite stores adhere to established protocols for the order process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
CUSTOMERS SERVICE (50%):
Assists customers (face to face, email, phone or website) with account set-up, orders, general product questions
Supports the customers in purchasing the adequate items for their needs, improving customer knowledge and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Creates accurate quotes and sales orders according to established standard protocols, paying close attention to delivery address, tax code, contact information, ship dates and methods and pricing
Records customer leads, inquiries, requests and other useful information in the CRM system (Salesforce) and provides necessary follow-up as appropriate
INVENTORY & STORE MANAGEMENT (20 %):
Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels at the branch at all times, ensuring adequate storage conditions and accessibility for order processing.
Collaborates with Inventory Specialist for inventory replenishment, as well to address, in a timely manner, any inventory discrepancies.
Responsible for rotating seasonal products in the branch and updating pricing on supply store labels.
Works with Operations Manager to ensure that all aspects of the facility management are in place, monitored and in good condition, to provide a safe working place and a pleasant experience for our customers.
Ensure that inventory is shipped according to FEFO rules (First Expiry, First Out – as implemented in SAGE), as well monitoring expiration dates of current inventory on a monthly basis and coordinating with Inventory Specialist for disposal or extension updates.
SALES AND PRODUCT SUPPORT (20%):
Liaises with Sales Manager to manage a number of key accounts in the vicinity of the branch, ensuring proper support and follow-up to maintain and grow the business, communicating either via phone, email, in person at the store or visiting the customer at their facilities.
Defines, in coordination with the Sales Manager and the local Sales Representative, the sales strategy for the region.
Provides technical support to the customers in their region, collaborating with EWS Team to be current on the knowledge on products and services and referring to other technical staff when needed.
Perform in-store enological product demonstrations and provide further recommendations of products and services in collaboration with EWS Team.
ORDER PREPARATION (10%):
Prepares orders taken for walk-in, courier or shipper delivery from the branch
Ensures timely processing of paperwork relative to sales orders or material transfer
Receives courier calls and schedules pickups and/or deliveries
Assists in maintaining a clean working environment
Observes all safety requirements.
Ensures that all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relative to position duties are routinely updated and documented
Participates actively in all the training provided by the company
Actively increases knowledge of products and/or services, through product literature or through consulting with other co-workers.
Education/Experience: Preferred education or experience equivalent to AA degree. Bachelor of Science degree in Enology, Viticulture or Winemaking related fields desired. A background in winemaking, biological or chemistry sciences; as well as business administration or accounting will be valued.
