Job Description:

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Sales Manager to join our Western Division. This exciting role will be responsible for multi-channel sales in Southern California and you'll ideally be based in that area.

- You will contribute to the growth of one of the most successful Super Premium wine companies by managing a portfolio of accounts in the area.
- You will actively support and develop enduring relationships with key accounts in collaboration with our distributors to drive rate of sale.
- You will with within the team to drive business growth and development through agreed business plans.

About you

- Have at least 3 years of experience within a sales environment.
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to influence effective outcomes based on sound reasoning and advice.
- Have the ability to understand and identify commercial opportunities, being aware of business drivers and are up-to-date with industry knowledge.
- Demonstrates a ‘winning together’ mindset by understanding the perspectives of others, creating a positive team culture, managing emotions and maintaining strong bonds.
- Takes ownership of development and improvement, demonstrating awareness of behaviour and adapting based on feedback.
